Rentech is the leading manufacturer of water tube boilers. Rentech manufactures industrial package water tube boilers, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), and waste heat boilers of water tube and fire tube type.
Rentech was founded in 1996. Since those early days Rentech has grown to be the leading, worldwide, supplier of industrial water tube and waste heat recovery boilers. Rentech custom-designs all its boilers to the fit the application and meet customer specifications. We do not offer stock or catalog products and attempt to make your application fit a standard design.
Rentech is staffed to meet the most stringent project requirements. Today Rentech has over 25 staff engineers that perform all thermal design, boiler circulation design, structural design, and pipe stress analysis. The boiler thermal and circulation design are performed using Rentech’s proprietary design software and PPSD®.
Rentech routinely delivers everything from stand-alone boilers to complete boiler systems. Many of the systems include modular assemblies to minimize the amount of work that needs to be performed in the field. Rentech’s innovative boiler system designs lead the industry in solving difficult steam needs.
Rentech is known for a high-quality product that meets the rigorous demands of our refining, petro-chemical, and power generation customers. Along with these industries Rentech supplies to pulp and paper, food processing, and industrial manufacturing customers, as well as universities and other large institutional steam users.
Rentech delivers boiler systems around the world while meeting many international specifications and requirements. Rentech builds boilers to comply with ASME Section I, ASME Section VIII, Pressure Equipment Directives (PED/CE), CRN, Australian Work Safe, DOSH, and many other international codes and standards.
Rentech’s expansive manufacturing facility located in Abilene, Texas is one of the most complete and highly integrated boiler facilities. Please see all the details of our facilities at our facilities page.
