RENTECH Boiler Systems was contracted to erect two 475,000 PPH superheated boilers. The field construction included field supervision, labor forces and equipment to set the mud drums, install temporary steam drum supports, install steam to mud drum down-comers, and install boiler tubes, superheater, headered membrane water walls, “D” tubes, burners and boiler buck-stays. Insulation and lagging were added to complete the RENTECH construction.
